Describe the Bug:
Phyrexian Battleflies when you first activate it and pay {B}

you are re-prompt to pay again {B}

if you have another to {B}

to tap, the first activation will cost you {B}

. If you don't have 2nd {B}

to tap and cancel activation mana goes to mana pool and activation is cancelled.If you then re-activate Phyrexian Battleflies, it will correctly charge only {B}

and will charge correctly {B}

if you reactivate it for third time.
In fewer words first activation charges {B}

, second correctly charges {B}

.

Shares a function with Pit Imp and Vampire Bats, so those are probably broken too.
