[fixed]Chandra, Pyrogenius messed up abilities.

Describe the Bug:
1- Chandra, Pyrogenius 1st ability adds 2 counters correctly but has 2nds ability effect, deals 4 damage to target creature.
2- 2nd ability removes 3 counters correctly but has the effect of the 3nd ability, deals 6 damage to target player and each creature he or she controls.
3- 3nd ability costs -10 counters but has no effect at all.
Option cancel is cancel though.
4- Also Chandra, Pyrogenius uses the general counters interface system.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1,2,3- Chandra, Pyrogenius costs,menus & abilities match.
4- Chandra, Pyrogenius uses the interface of planeswalkers counters.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
