Thraben Heretic when enters the battlefield crashes game.

Fixed in commit 818b5d3d. However you can't cancel the activation no cancel button just done button. If I understand correctly these are loaded by generic_activated_ability_with_target_in_grave but don't know how to change this.
Done works like cancel this is closed, no need for done button.
