Describe the Bug:
Combustible Gearhulk's ability does not trigger at all on ETB, and it has menace
Which card did behave improperly?
Combustible Gearhulk
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Triggers on ETB, does not have menace
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
