[fixed]Ifh-Biff Efreet

Describe the Bug:
After Ifh-Biff Efreet is cast, a spell effect is created for the AI player. It draws multiple copies of Ifh-Biff Efreet for the AI which it then discards at end of turn. AI graveyard is soon full of many Ifh-Biff Efreets. Screenshot attached.
Which card behaved improperly?
Ifh-Biff Efreet
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 3-2020 9e576b6 (March 2020 New Base Install), occurred in gauntlet, I created a save game but forum wont allow gauntlet save (.e1g file) as attachment
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
No card draw effect should be created.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
No

It happens also in normal duel. Every action on the game results in Ifh-Biff Efreet effect cards produced.
