[fixed]Bridge from Below triggers at weird times

Describe the Bug:
Bridge from Below gives zombies at the wrong times, to either player, and no matter where BFB is - library, hand, GY, doesn't matter. I really have no idea what the triggers are, after knowing about this bug for almost a year.

Which card behaved improperly?
Bridge from Below

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Triggers only when in GY, and only when its owner's (nontoken) creature dies

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in 176ae9636 ("Fix Fecundity, Bridge From Below, draw_some_cards_if_you_want", 2020-04-10)
