[fixed]Protean Hydra

Describe the Bug:
Protean Hydra goes straight to the graveyard on casting as if power/toughness are 0/0 (ignores X spent on mana?)
Which card behaved improperly?
Protean Hydra
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 3-2020 9e576b6 (March 2020 New Base Install), duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Protean Hydra should have power/toughness equal to X mana spent
Protean Hydra goes straight to the graveyard on casting as if power/toughness are 0/0 (ignores X spent on mana?)

Fixed in commit 4dd2c84. Also fixed same bug for Primordial Hydra & Mikaeus, the Lunarch.
