Illusory Wrappings does not highlight as castable nor can it be cast if clicked on

This was due to a mess I had with the manalinkEh.asm then messed the .csv files and when I had to fix those and reinsert the values this code address was left out but that is not all, the code address was wrongly copy pasted to begin with. When you screw up do it all the way. #-o

Correct address added in commit e271d19.
