Some more...

One seems to be equipment related, I marked the file accordingly. Maybe that one got fixed in the meanwhile.

Another one is probably due to Nether Void. The computer tried to cast a spell with only one mana in play (one Birds of Paradise).

One was preceeded by a wrong parameter message box, screenshot is included. Not sure whether this helps since I don't provide a memory dump but maybe the registers give a hint.

11 = Isochron Scepter ( possibly imprint mechanism generally) vs Shrapnel Blast crash. Isochron Scepter on it's own only dumps without crash and Shrapnel Blast without Isochron Scepter no issue at all.mentioned in own topic

13 = ~~crash is the max number of creatures AI can attack with = 16 with 17 usually crash.~~ edited
In fact it was the other limit when AI can produce 20 of the same creature game crashes. reedited
~~14 = as you say is also AI vs equipment issue.~~
15 = Fireball seems to be the issue as is one of the very few cards that still uses original microprose code (decided to use the old code because of the great UI interface it uses. Edited.
