[fixed]Secret Salvage - parameters error/no effect

Describe the Bug:
Secret Salvage generates a bad parameters window, it can be closed and game continues but card has no effect. (In attached save, I cast Secret Salvage on Renegade's Getaway in graveyard, library search does not occur and no card is brought to hand)
