[fixed] Exquisite Archangel - triggers w dmg still on stack

Describe the Bug:
I have no idea if this is a game limitation but Exquisite Archangel does not exile itself and reset life total on game loss,

It's functioning, but not waiting until all damage is dealt. Fixed in ca7d8f937 ("AER further bugfix", 2020-05-22) to only trigger if there are no more damage cards targeting owner.

Edit: In the save game, player was dealt 15 damage, enough to kill them, triggering Exquisite Archangel and resetting life total. But there was an additional 21 damage waiting to be dealt, of course killing them again.
