Describe the Bug:

Savra, Queen of the Golgari abilities don't trigger when I sacrifice a black or green creature

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

Holidays 2021 ad1a6f8 - gauntlet

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Option should trigger upon controller's sacrifice of a green or black creature.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

It triggers now and then and sometimes it triggers too many times.

Because of the special functions she uses, she doesn't clear her targets array on EVENT_END_TRIGGER. Fixed, but trying to optimize better.
