[fix]Thalia's Lieutenant gives counters it should be getting

Describe the Bug:

#1) Thalia's Lieutenant ETB effect of putting a +1/+1 counter on your other humans works properly.

#2) Thalia's Lieutenant continuing effect of giving itself a +1/+1 counter whenever another human enters under your control does not happen. Instead, subsequent humans re-trigger effect #1, giving additional counters to other humans but not Thalia's Lieutenant.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

#2 benefits Thalia's Lieutenant, not the other humans.

Fixed in commit 77a079d ("Fix etb triggers for Thalia's Lieutenant", 2022-05-11).
