Describe the Bug:
Eradicate crashes game when cast.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Eradicate
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3.0 M13V3 SEALED
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It asks the caster if they want to pay, when it should be the person who got countered.

confirmed, however the funny thing is in fact you control the decision AI (though you pay for him), because if you choose to pass the spell is correctly countered

Well, joke aside it's usually 1 per month but it might depend on how Gargz and the others are busy in RL...

Extirpate and Coercion seem to crash the game every time I use them.

This card works but when the opponent has to sacrifice more cards than he has, the game crashes. The card also doesn't show the number of counters but that doesn't really matter.

Curse of Oblivion exiles the cards but they don't go to the "out of play zone"

Describe the Bug:
Back from the Brink doesn't exile the creature or it exiles it but doesn't go to exile zone I can't be sure because it may bring the creature into battlefield instead of a copy.

I can't seem to make this card play with Ninjitsu. Am I doing it wrong or is the card not working?

It's a global bug I recently fixed. You'll get the fix ASA the Ravnica patch is ready (soon).
