Fixed. This also fix the same issue for Phantom Nishoba and Phantom Centaur.

Just in case, I recoded the card partially and now it works.

When the AI uses Blood Clock, if I choose to take 2 damage, the damage is not dealt.

confirmed, though in fact if Blood Clock is on AI side, at player turn if player choose to pay 2 life it's the AI which will get removed of 2 life, 
If Blood Clock is on player side, if player choose to pay 2 life the effect correctly choose the player and remove 2 life from him.

You can manage your attachment quota in your profile board (User Control Panel on the left side of the forum then option Manage Attachment, though after 10 posts I think you will have more quota to attachment) 
Also confirmed, though if debug put into bf it will work on C coded card as intended
Edit: Seems to be there is a global bug in forum attachment, I will have to lookup Huggy for that.

Doesn't happen on others Morph creatures
This is an ultra minor bug since you can just pay 0 it will still cast the target creature from hand as a morphed creature (paying more than X with X >=1 will do nothing more).

The card works fine it triggers with creatures of 2 power and up it just is kind of pointless to trigger with a 1 power creature and put on top the card you are going to draw anyway.
Although,on second thought it is useful to look at the card you are going to draw next.
