Describe the Bug:
1) AI- Entomber Exarch when used by AI and it doesn't have a creature to return from graveyard,still selects this option,instead making opponent discard a card(SAVEGAME)
2) AI- Entomber Exarch when used by AI and selects to return from graveyard to hand creature no creature returns to hand when there is a creature(savegame no creature though).
Which card did behave improperly ?
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3.0 RAVNICAV2
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

War report in this case,played by AI took into consideration only creatures in my side probably(3) instead all (5). This is random most times works fine in both sides.

Not sure if this is a global issue or not but I just played a game which had two of these Yosei dudes in play, and it's legendary so shouldn't be allowed.

Yes,Stassy that's what I mean it is really bad AI decision to choose to raise a creature when there is not one in his graveyard AI should make player discard but it doesn't,no discard so in savegame besides I believe AI doesn't use discard ability at all.

Iirc: when Enduring Renewal is in play, and player draws a card, then they either put the card into the graveyard or draw the card into thier hand. Where the card goes all depends on if the card is a creature card or not.
I. Describe the Bug:
In General: When Enduring Renewal is on the battlefield, and player plays a draw card effect, then player discards a creature cards to the ER, and then player draws a additional card.
Specific Save Game Card Stack: 0. Enduring Renewal in play. (Works.) 1. Enlightened Tutor puts an Artifact Creature on top of draw deck. (Works.) 2. With seven cards in hand, Player uses Library of Alexandria to draw one card (the AC card that ET just put on the top of the deck). (Works.) 3. Player draws the AC card; however, ER interrupts the AC card draw and sends it to the graveyard. (Works.) 4. Next, player draws an additional card. (Iirc: Bug.)
Also, when ER is in play, player's card draws resolve the same way with Timetwister and Wheel of Fortune. Player continues to draw cards until seven non-creture cards are in hand, meanwhile all creature cards drawn are put in the graveyard. (Iirc: Bug.)

Enduring Renewal.
III. Which update are you using: Date, name? And which game are you playing: Duel, Gauntlet, or Sealed Deck?

Whenever a creature is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, return it to your hand. (Works.)
V. Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Enduring Renewal.zip- Player taps LoA to draw one card, if top card is a creature card, then Enduring Renewal puts that card in the grave yard and player draws another (second) card.

Unfortunately your savegame is obsolete since it appear your report is from M13v3 and latest version is ONRv2, as a result when loading your savegame the cards in game will be completely changed.
I also tested Enduring Renewal and created the same context (Enduring Renewal in play, Library of Alexandria make player draw a creature card), and Enduring Renewal successfully triggered, discarding the creature card and drawing the next one.
The fact that Timetwister discard all creature and drawn others cards is a feature of Enduring Renewal and not an issue I think (since the rule text of Timetwister explicitely say that player draw cards).
I also tested Enduring Renewal and created the same context (Enduring Renewal in play, Library of Alexandria make player draw a creature card), and Enduring Renewal successfully triggered, discarding the creature card and drawing the next one.
