Seems a global bug related to the "replicate" mechanic. It's fixed now.

Lin Sivvi and legendary artifact creatures aren't recognized as valid generals from the AI.
I have tried Bosh, Iron Golem in a standard regular mono-red deck and the AI claims that it is not a valid general, even if it has a Red mana icon in its text and should be allowed.

Menus are scrambled

First and second menus are scrambled and probably that is the reason for the messed up results-bugs if they get fixed then we can see if there are any bugs
If your first choice is: 1- "kill all enchantments"in first menu- in the 2nd menu the "kill all enchantments" choice will again be there and will be absent the last choice "kill all creatures with cmc <4"
If your first choice is 1- "kill all artifacts" in first menu,- in the 2nd menu the "kill all artifacts" choice will again be there and will be absent the "kill all creatures with cmc >3"
If your first choice is 1- "kill all creatures with cmc <4" in first menu,- in the 2nd menu the "kill all creatures with cmc <4" choice will again be there and will be absent the "kill all artifacts"

It is possible to cast it, however the special code for casting alternative mana is not working. As of now, Azorius Guildmage can only be cast with WW and not WU or UU.
Also I suppose that the counter ability ability is not working or C ability only since I tested it with Aven Flock and couldn't counter it...

- Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord does not gain +1/+1 for each creature cards in owner gy
- Jarad, Golgari Lich ability is highlighted as castable even if there is no other creature to sac and can be activated though after targeting player the mana will be rejected in the mana pool and action cancelled.

Yeah, the "counter ability" thing it's actually impossible to do. For the rest, bad values in ct_all, fixed.
