Describe the Bug:
Biovisionary bug the victory window and the others button of the action bar next duel when the 4rth one is cast
Which card did behave improperly ?

Biovisionary does not bug the victory window and the others button of the action bar next duel when the 4rth one is cast
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Just wanted the confirmation for any non leathal victory condition ability

That's strange, as Healing Salve was recently recoded to fix similar interactions.
Try in a clean game and let me know.

Tested in a clean game and Healing Salve doesn't trigger the effect, that is weird because I then tested a Divine Offering on Ankh of Mishra and the effect triggered fine

I confirm that it doesn't have flash but it destroys all artifact creatures and probably if there are any enchantment creatures it would destroy them,too.The same bug as other 3 cards like Deceiver Exarch = flash ability destroy if it targets artifacts.

I think this only gets the +1 on the upkeep? I tried attaching a Bear Umbra and then when it attacks it untaps all my land but it didn't give the Wake Thrasher any +1s.

Well, seems like an hardcoded problem as the code has no kind of "phase checking".

As of CLv2 Desecration Demon is still available in ML despite his bugged state, making it the most cheap and powerful vanilla creature in the game

Unfortunately the additional combat phase is currently not possible to implement in ML.
The only issue that could be fixed is that Hellkite Charger doesn't untap itself when 5RR is paid (others attacking creatures are untapped as intended), which was supposed to be fixed some month ago
