Gargaroz he means that no menu comes up when you play it and game can't be continued only solution is to concede the game.

Others flashback cards seems to work fine beside the crash on Cancel selection for Strangling Soot and Past in Flames

Oh, I see, it's the "regenration" part which is bugged. However, you wont'see any menu screen, as this is one of these cards in which two effects could be used only on a specific moment, and adding the menu will mess up AI.

both abilities don't work, you can still activate ability and play the card named
(AI not tested)
