Creatures with power 2 or less can't attack you.

: Patron of the Orochi 's ability can be used only once in a game, instead than only once per turn. Once the first "untap", it never turns yellow again.

confirmed, according to gatherer :

The enters-the-battlefield ability can target any permanent, including one that's untapped or one that you already control.

The issue is you can't target your own permanent and untap it, game show an illegal target(controller) while you should be able to.
