Blade of the Bloodchief, was a card that around 2 months ago used to crash games and still gives sometimes error parameters and crashes the game.I tested both limited and constructed and the card doesn't work at all.It never gives the 1-1 when a creature goes to graveyard,no matter if it was in combat,an istant,an ability that put the creature in graveyard.
Also Stassy in the old bug reports forum mentioned about this behavior of the card.

Confirmed, Ironclaw Myr costs one more with Lodestone Golem in play.

Describe the Bug:
During attack with Blightsteel Collosus, my opponent used Naturalize on it and Blightsteel Collosus was removed from combat
Which card did behave improperly ?
Blightsteel Collosus
Which Version did you use ? (Constructed, Limited)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It shouldnt be removed from combat.

It should still be Blightsteel Collosus after it has been shuffled back to Library

For the first part, it is because indestructible has been approximated by the engine to just regenerate instead, and regeneration removes from combat. It's still a bug, but that's the reason why; I think it's a known issue for now that the coders don't know how to get around.

Nothing should happen with Ironclaw Myr unless it becomes blocked

Dauthi Slayer says it has to attack each turn like Juggernaut but it's not enforced.

Dauthi Slayer should attack each turn regardless of the players wishes.

Other cards that have to attack work fine, at least I haven't encountered problems with them

When I loaded that savegame, the human has a monoblack EDH deck and the AI has a monoblue EDH deck, and there is no Ironclaw Myr on the board.

hmm ok well I loaded that game again and this time instead of the EDH engine processing, I just went into the game normally and drew Ichorclaw Myr. I was able to confirm the bug described. Dauthi Slayer attacked, while Ichorclaw Myr sat back due to summoning sickness, and when the slayer was not blocked, the myr pumped itself.

I can confirm this, it also happens with Skinrender... the AI plays Skinrender on a clear battlefield and Skinrender doesn't die.

Yes, the AI can forgo this while the player can't, eg. Flametongue Kavu will kill itself if it's the only creature in play but if the AI plays it then it only enteres play without triggering.
