Describe the Bug:
Naya Panorama and Bant Panorama doesn't shuffle the library after it fetches a land.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Naya Panorama and Bant Panorama
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Most probably all Panorama lands.

Describe the Bug:
Esper Battlemage can't use the ability to give -1/-1 counter if you have an untapped white mana source,it will always prompt you to pay

Describe the Bug:
Mighty Emergency triggers if a permanent leaves play,too.(Pangosaur Tested) and it gives it counters in hand!The p/t doesn't change but if you cast Pangosaur later it will come with those 2 counters in play and p/t wll change to 8/8 Mighty Emergency will trigger correctly then making it 10/10

Well, it's global bug in the Panorama code, so affects all Panoramas. It's fixed now.

Well, it works for me. You need to click on Mighty Emergence as the effect is optional.

It should require only one colourless mana to create one mana of any colour, not 11.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Haven't tried.

Describe the Bug:
The following Fallen Empires cards aren't accepted in the Back to '95 challenge, and will cause an immediate loss if they're in your deck:
Hymn to Tourach
Order of the Ebon Hand
Order of Leitbur
Icatian Town
Vodalian Knights
Orcish Spy
I'm still not sure whether Fallen Empires cards are meant to be allowed or not; they were released before 96 but weren't mentioned in the challenge description. If they're not meant to be allowed, the bug is all the other cards, of course.
Also, all the Ice Age cards I tested were disallowed, though I gave up eventually.
Tested with May 2013 : Planeswalking to Modern, from this thread.
Gauntlet / Challenge mode, Back to '95 challenge.

It works for me,too and I know it is optional and have to click on it the problem is that it triggers when the 5/5 or more power creature leaves play,too so if I click on it it will put counters on it while it is in my hand.

I think his ultimate ability only lets you play a card from one player, but I think it should let you play a card for free, from your opponent AND your own deck. I think?

confirmed, also when that happen and AI cast also Mighty Emergence, AI creature are no longer affected by the side effect if both player or AI play a land.
Also if there are 2 Pangosaur in play and if anyone play a land, hitting the done button instead of the triggering creatures while Mighty Emergency trigger will only return 1 Pangosaur to hand

confirmed as of PtMv1, ultimate seach for opponent library but should also search for owner library
10/1/2012 When resolving Jace’s third ability, you search each player’s library (including yours) and exile the nonland cards before casting any of them.
