Well, it seems I really need to adjust the hybrid casting cost in way similar to phyrexian mana. I'll do it, consider this fixed.

Describe the Bug:
Cloudpost is allowing for infinite mana by not tapping. It will come into play tapped (and untap as normal during the untap step), recognize the number of Locus on the battlefield, but it will not tap and clicking on it will add mana to your mana pool (it will add the proper amount of mana based on its other conditions).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Cloudpost

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
PtMv1, CirithUngol, Duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Cloudpost should tap, not allow it to be clicked on indefinitely.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
None that I've noticed.

Vengeful Firebrand does get haste if an Elemental is in your graveyard

Which card did behave improperly ?

Vengeful Firebrand does get haste if ONLY a Warrior is in your graveyard

Describe the Bug:
AI plays Phyrexian Ingester targeting my Spitebellows so it leaves battlefield and I am asked correctly to target a creature but I can't target Phyrexian Ingester (can't target this-target mark on it)

Which card did behave improperly ?

If Spitebellows leaves battlefield I can target any creature that can be targeted.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
all creatures that do something to a creature if die,leave battlefield,etc.They wont be able to target Phyrexian Ingester

With the complete rework of hybrid cost (now you're able to choose which combination of colors you're going to pay), this bug is fixed.

Defiler of Souls is not causing the mono-coloured creature sacrifice during a player's respective upkeep.

Meglonoth has vigilance and shouldn't tap when attacking.

The vigilant ability seems to be working fine for other creatures with it (that I've noticed).

Describe the Bug:
Esper Charm's ability to cause an opponent to discard two cards is not functioning. It does not allow the selection of target player. The draw two cards ability and enchantment destroying ability work fine.
