Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
1- Patron of the Nezumi can't be played as instant if you have a Rat to offer.
2- Patron of the Nezumi (Rat offering ability)seems to have problem with ninjutsu altering costs.
e.g. If I offer Okiba,Gang Shinobi it will ask for more mana instead

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- when you have a Rat to offer you are enabled to cast it(if you offer the Rat of course) at instant speed.
2- (Rat offering ability) deduct generic mana equal to Rat offered.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in d0ad349.
Will also require some adjustments in "ct_all".

Fixed.

Offering has the correct cost with respect to rat ninjas, but it still doesn't work as an instant.

Here's another fix of "ct_all" "lost in transaltion"
Fixed for all the Patrons.
