Describe the Bug:
Triumph of Cruelty is making opponent discard when we both don't have creatures in play

Which card did behave improperly ?
Triumph of Cruelty

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3-ODYSSEY.V2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Triumph of Cruelty doesn't make opponent player discard when it's owner 1- doesn't have a creature in play and 2nd haven't the creature greatest power or tie for greatest power.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed.

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod
