Describe the Bug:
Toil // Trouble fuse effect doesn't deal damage based on the number of cards target player owns in hand

Which card did behave improperly ?
Toil // Trouble

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Toil // Trouble fuse effect deals damage based on the number of cards target player owns in hand

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

AI life was set to 100 and 5 cards in hand, upon resolution it's 91 and 7 cards in hand, life should have been at 93 (since Toil effect is resolved and hand at 7 cards)

Trouble work correctly when cast alone

Toil // Trouble has these bugs now:
- Toil asks for {2} {R} & has the effect of the Trouble ability.(Is trouble in fact)
- Trouble asks for {4} {B} {R} and has the effect of fuse.(Is Fuse in fact)
- Cancel option prompts for {2} {B} and has the effect of Toil.(is Toil in fact)
- Fuse ability can't be cast and mana is rejected to mana pool.(Is cancel in fact)

Trouble now costs {3} {G} to cast and fusing the spells costs {5} {B} {G}. Looks like Storm Seeker was copied/pasted here :).

Damage dealing and resolving order when fused work as intended, so it's only Trouble's cost that is bugged.
