Farseek 's inability to search up the first land in a deck was an early bug I reported and that is certainly fixed.
However, I suspsect that fix may have introduced another slight bug. Farseek does not actually appear to remove the card from your library, it just places a copy onto the battlefield. To test this, I have a deck with 40 Forest and 1 Badlands, and I can Farseek for the Badlands over and over. Even with a Badlands and a Taiga I can get either of them as many times as I want, so it isn't first card related.
