I thought Keeper Of The Nine Gales was super epic but it seems not quite I just realised it is not tapping itself when you use it to return a permanent. So you can just use it over and over.

It also still lets you use it when it is tapped.

As of PTT, beside the fixed bugs another bug has risen : Keeper Of The Nine Gales can be activated (and tapped) under summoning effect
