Describe the Bug:
Hard casting a Force of Will asks for an additional payment of 3U after you pay the initial cost of 3UU.

Update: It actually just tries to charge you the full 3UU twice if you hard cast Force of Will. I must have had extra mana when I tested it before. If you have exactly enough mana, you will see it consumes that mana and then charges you a second time.

Urgh, it's a global issue for all Alliances pitchspells. It's fixed now.
