Describe the Bug:
cost 1UU mana instead 2u mana

Which card did behave improperly ?
Echo Tracer

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
OoAv1

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction
should cost 2 colorless mana and 1 blue mana

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Ah, you don't mention it was the Morph cost, I though it was the casting cost !
Be more precise, please !
