Describe the Bug:
Locked myself out of a game with this one! Really rare that it locks you out, but still it seems like a problem.

When you cast Abrupt Decay and then cancel casting it, the card is returned to your hand with the uncounterable/untargetable red circle on it. This prevents you from targeting that card in your hand (which is rare anyways).

However, if it is the only card in your hand, and you activate Liliana of the Veil after you've canceled Abrupt Decay you will be stuck in a situation where it asks you to choose a card to discard but tells you the only card in your hand is an illegal target.

You can try this yourself with the attached replay, just make sure you play the land you draw first. Also see attached screen shot.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Clear the untargetable flag when it is canceled.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Any uncounterable spell that targets and thus can be canceled.

So far I've only reproduced this situation using Combust and Abrupt Decay.

Possibly also Urza's Rage and Wreak Havoc

Fixed for all the cards you mentioned, the same bug will probably happens for each card that cannot be countered and targets something on casting. Try to post them all in this thread, please.
In the meantime, fixed the bad kicked cost for Urza's Rage.

Just two more:

Demonfire
Slaughter Games

That should be all of them. Thankfully we don't have cards like Autumn's Veil, Vexing Shusher, or Boseiju, Who Shelters All or you could do this with most cards.

The only other ways I can think of would be to Remand or Venser, Shaper Savant an uncounterable creature like Blurred Mongoose back into your hand. But the way uncounterable works, I don't think you can ever even target it in manalink.
