[fixed/closed]Barrage of Expendables

When cast, Barrage of Expendables asks you to select target land, though it only accepts target creature or player. It doesn't do anything with the target though, and appears normally as an Enchantment. It works okay as well.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Barrage of Expendables doesn't ask for targets when it is being cast.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
