Describe the Bug:
Festering Newt seems to give target creature -4/4 when dying instead of -1/-1 when there is no Bogbrew Witch in play.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Festering Newt dies, target creature an opponent controls gets -1/-1 until end of turn. That creature gets -4/-4 instead if you control a creature named Bogbrew Witch.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Best probaby check all interactions between Newt, Witch and Cauldron.

It seems to be giving -4/-4 when a Bogbrew Witch is in your hand, in play, in the graveyard, exiled, or even debug buried.
Also, my Bubbling Cauldrons randomly gained First Strike repeatedly while testing, which is... inappropriate.

No,the ability has been messed and Festering Newt now puts -4/-4 when it dies if you control Bubbling Cauldron instead of Bogbrew Witch.

Bubbling Cauldron has still first strike value in ct_all.
