[fixed/closed]Ethereal Armor

When i put Enchanted evening in play, creatures enchanted with Ethereal Armor should get 1/+1 for each permanent in play
Which update are you using?(date,name)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Creature should get 1/+1 for each permanent since they are all enchantements
I think 1/+1 Ethereal Armor is ok , Enchanted evening seems doesn't work
