If owner target any land (opponent or own), Caustic Tar will deal 3 damages to him.

Edit: Can be cast on opponent land, so caster can tap opponent land and deals 3 damages on him, though I don't know if it was the original intend of this card.

All fixed.

still bugged. this card can target players but no life is lost this way. for both players i checked to make sure it wasent just for the opponent.
