Terramorphic Expanse & Evolving Wilds can both be sacrificed even if they are tapped.
Example: search either up using Primeval Titan, or somehow tap either of them once they are in play, and you can sacrifice them any time you want.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Sac only when untapped.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
