Describe the Bug:
I suspect this is a tough one and is probably known.

Taking temporary control over anything which has already been stolen once will leave it incorrectly in your control permanently.

For example: AI has used Mind Control on your creature and then you use Act of Treason on that creature. At the end of the turn, you will keep control of the creature.

Which card did behave improperly ?
A wide range of Control Magic type enchantments and a range of Act of Treason instants and sorceries.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

Temporary control

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Mind Control
Treachery
etc

Act of Treason
Traitorous Instinct
Act of Aggression
etc

If the above "fixed" is correct at least Traitorous Instinct is still bugged in Theros

Describe the Bug:
When Traitorous Instinct steals an already stolen creature the creature doesn't return to the one who stole it at least using Mind Control when the end of the turn passes.

I'm fairly sure we haven't taken any action to fix it.

So this should probably just be changed to "wait".
