Describe the Bug:
AI can get into an infinite loop responding to its own 0 mana activation when blocking with Blinking Spirit.

Which card did behave improperly ?
AI / Blinking Spirit

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
OoAv2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
A reasonable (finite) number of activations.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

gargaroz, any updates on this? I tried to replicate the bug in PTT, and while the AI activates Blinking Spirit multiple times, it never looped.

Well since it didn't loop in your test and it is hardcoded lets leave it as fixed for now and archive it.

In M15 mini #5 the AI can trigger this card many times in response to itself, putting multiple copies of the same Blinking Spirit into its hand.

See save game and screen shot. (This is an EDH game so there is only 1 Blinking Spirit in the AI's deck)

Reopening since I am assuming the card was recoded?

Finally got the AI to activate this multiple times in a row and only one copy was put in AI's hand. So this is finally closed for real.
