Describe the Bug:
Sarcatog at least by AI can exile only 1 card from graveyard to boost.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Sarcatog can boost if it exiles 2 cards from graveyard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed, although the bug was actually that Sarcatog can sac an enchantment instead of an artifact.

No,in my savegame there is no enchantment in the battlefield and the only artifact is not sacrificed.
On the other hand AI has 1 card in the graveyard activates Sarcatog gets +1/+1 and the card gets exiled.

Some more info I just found to help you fix the bug:
1- You can activate Sarcatog ability to exile a card from graveyard even if there is only 1 card in the graveyard.
2- If you have more than 1 card in the graveyard and activate it's ability you can choose the 1st card and then cancel and you will still get the +1/+1
