Lowland Basilik should have deathtouch and should destroy any creatures it damages

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Deathtouch is missing

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It's the same bug of Ohran Viper and it's already fixed.
