Describe the Bug:
Ghitu Fire doesn't force to pay 2 when you play it as instant.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3-Onslaught.v2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ghitu Fire forces to pay 2 when you play it as instant.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Twilight's Call and Saproling Symbiosis are also affected by this bug (but not Rout)

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod
