1- Shower of Coals can target the same player 2 times.
2- You can choose to target only 1 or only 2 targets but it will fizzle (only if you target 2 times player-1st bug -it doesn't fizzle)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Shower of Coals can target the same player only 1 time.
2- You can choose 1 or 2 targets and it will deal damage to them.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
