Describe the Bug:
2 bugs:

1) Arctic Aven surprisingly taps to add 1 U to your mana pool as its activated ability, instead of requiring 1 W to gain lifelink.

2) Arctic Aven does not receive +1/+1 from there being a plains in play.

Perhaps this card has some other card's code pasted in?

Bad code pointer, it was swapped with the card that follow it in "ct_all", Arctic Flats

Ha Cool. But Arctic Flats doesn't tap for U... Whatever!
