[fixed/closed]Psychatog - Really a PSYCHO!!!

1- Psychatog exiled from graveyard cards are not in exile zone.
2- It seems that if you empty your graveyard(at least using it's ability)in your next turn at the end of it you are forced to discard cards from your hand and the following turns,too(it seems that it limits your hand to 3). Another bug caused by this strange behaviour is that after a point(haven't figure out what, for every spell both player cast you are asked to target a player,sometimes you are even asked 2 times repeatedly to target a player)It probably happens with other scenarios as it is tricky to spot bug.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- cards show on exile
2- no discard at the end of turn as a result of Psycatog ability.No menu asking to target player when playing spells.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
