When I try to cast Spinning Darkness for 4BB, the spent mana returns to my mana pool and the spell never gets cast.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Spinning Darkness can be cast for 4BB (or alt cost)
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
