version September 2013 v2

I cast Evil Twin targetting a valid creature and AI countered it with Hinder. The result is the Evil Twin was put in the graveyard, but the Evil Twin effect was still put in the battlefield and could still be activated.

sorry, savegame was corrupted (deadbox), so best I could do was a screenshot.
