Probably a consequence of the autotapping of artifacts, but power sink automatically forces artifacts to be tapped for mana when only lands should have to be tapped.

Only if you double-click to cast?

Tested your save and artifacts autotap didn't occur after casting by single or double click on Lightning Bolt (and choosing cancel when AI casted Power Sink)...

OK, this is strange. Stassy is right, when you cast the lightning bolt the moxes don't get tapped by Power Sink, but if you cast Lightning Reaver they do. And Korath, it only happens when you cast by double-click.

If you manually set your moxes to not automatically untap they won't, though indeed it would be a bit tedious to do that every game...

I'll just make Power Sink turn off the "you left-double-clicked" variable when it starts to resolve.

Also after testing a bit, seems on spell it doesn't autotap but does on creatures (tested with Arc Lightning -no auto- and Juggernaut -autotap)
