Describe the Bug:
Latulla,Keldon Overseer never asks to pay {R} X only asks for target(player or creature) and cards to discard so it deals no damage.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3-Onslaght.v2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
