Describe the Bug:
Decimator Web deals 4 damage to target player

Which card did behave improperly ?
Decimator Web

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ManaLink3.0, September 2013 ooav2 / type = duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Decimator Web should deal only 2 damage to target player

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Another bug is that it can target caster but the card can only target opponent so no need to ask for target,too.
