Describe the Bug:
When Firewing Phoenix is in my graveyard I'm not able to bring it back to my hand

Which card did behave improperly ?
Firewing Phoenix

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ManaLink3.0, September 2013 ooav2 / type = duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You should be able to bring Firewing Phoenix back from the graveyard to your hand

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In fact you can return it from your graveyard back to your hand but ONLY as a sorcery (through engine card that activates) which is a bug since you can return it to your hand at any time you can afford to pay it's cost.
